Tinsae Wondimu Tchanea, an Ethiopian engineering student at the Milan Polytechnic, begins his training course today in the company, as part of the Invest Your Talent in Italy project.
The training project, which Faresin Formwork has joined immediately and with strong conviction, is promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Directorate General for the Promotion of the Country System, ITA - Italian Trade Agency, Uni-Italia, with the support of Confindustria and Unioncamere and aims to insert in Italian companies resources to support internationalization, through the possibility of using foreign talents, coming from many countries, trained in universities in Italy and with skills in the sectors of operation of the company.
Tinsae is now part of our team on a three-month path with the supervision of a company mentor.
