The system enables users to build circular tanks with a minimum radius of 7 metres (22’ 11” 19/32), all the while ensuring perfect tightness of the structures, without having to use any tie rods.
The BioGas System is a formwork system for the construction of circular tanks without through bars.
It consists of fully metallic panels with reduced size. The horizontal sides of the panels are perforated to fit either vertical tightening accessories or railing uprights. The internal panels, joined to the adjacent panel by wedges, are also connected to vertical columns with fixed or adjustable struts, thereby creating a supporting structure that is able to withstand the pressure of the cement during casting. A suitable work surface is also created, where operators area stationed during casting.
