The weight incidence of the system for a 25 cm slab to be realised with standard 8 x 8 ft (2.4 x 2.4 m) fields is 350 lb/ft2 (14.7 Kg/m2)*. This configuration requires one prop every 5.95 m2.
The weight incidence of the system for a 50 cm floor to be constructed with standard 6 x 6 ft (1.8 x 1.8 m) fields is 370 lb/ft2 (15.6 Kg/m2)*. This configuration requires one prop every 3.35 m2.

FLEXI DECK is an easy-to-use slab formwork system that can be moved manually and, thanks to the dropping heads, allows for the early dismantling of beams and planking used in the casting phase. Thanks to the combination of primary and secondary aluminium beams, fields of up to 8 x 8 ft (2.4 x 2.4m) can be realised on which full concrete slabs of up to 25 cm can be cast. Other standard field sizes are 8 x 6 ft (2.4 x 1.8m) and also 6 x 6 ft (1.8 x 1.8m) on which full concrete slabs of up to 50 cm can be realised.
